What this site collects
The only personal information this site collects is what you enter in the Request an Inspection form: your name and contact details, the client’s name and contact details when provided, the property address and access details, and any notes you include. This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or social media plugins. We do not collect information about your browsing.
How it is used
Form information is used for one purpose: to respond to your request, schedule the inspection, prepare the Inspection Agreement, and deliver the report. Nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not build mailing lists from it.
Service providers
Two narrow exceptions make the form work. The property address you enter is checked against the United States Census Bureau’s public geocoding service to confirm it is in our service area, and form submissions are delivered to us by a form delivery service. These providers process the information only to perform those functions.
Retention
Requests we act on become part of our ordinary business records, including scheduling, agreements, and reports, and are kept as required for professional and legal purposes. Requests we do not act on are deleted in the ordinary course.
Do Not Track
This site does not track visitors, so every visitor is treated as if Do Not Track were enabled. There is nothing to opt out of.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, contact us through the request form and we will respond personally.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
